In the caller tune, Amitabh Bachchan is saying – Hello, our country and the whole world is facing the challenge of Kovid-19 today. Kovid-19 is not over yet, so it is our duty to be cautious. So unless there is medicine, there is no relaxation.
In view of the danger of corona virus, when a lockdown took place in the country, one is getting the first voice to call anyone. In this, awareness has been given about how to avoid corona and how to take precautions. Shortly thereafter, that caller tune began to be heard in the voice of Amitabh Bachchan.
Public interest litigation filed in Delhi High Court
Now a PIL has been filed in the Delhi High Court, demanding the removal of the caller tune with Kovid 19 awareness in the voice of actor Amitabh Bachchan.
The petition said that Amitabh Bachchan is taking money from the Government of India for this work, while there are many such Corona Warriors in the country, who have helped the common people in every way during the Corona period. In such a situation, instead of Amitabh Bachchan, the caller tune on mobile for Kovid-19 awareness program should be replaced by those who have served for the society during the Karona period.
This petition stated that the Corona Warriors, who worked as mobilizers during the Corona period, should be given a stake in the caller tune of mobiles under the Kovid-19 awareness program. For this work, these Corona Warriors will not take any money from the central government like Amitabh Bachchan. We will give our services free of cost and have already set an example for the society by helping the corona victims.
The Delhi High Court has accepted this petition for hearing. This petition has been filed by a person named Rakesh. This petition has been filed in the High Court through Advocates AK Dubey and Pawan Kumar.
Hearing will be held on 18 January
It has also been said in this petition that Amitabh Bachchan is not a social worker nor did he have any involvement to serve the nation in the Kovid-19 awareness campaign. Rather, they have been paid by the government for this. Therefore, the voice of Amitabh Bachchan should be removed on the caller tune of the mobile. Delhi High Court will hear the PIL on January 18.
